    The Krishnapath Gita Jar is a collection of 128 handpicked Bhagavad Gita shlokas, each printed on a colorful card categorized by emotion, offering daily spiritual wisdom.

  2. What are the 8 colors in the Gita Jar and what do they represent?
    Each color represents a mood/emotion – like Red for Anger, Blue for Stress, Green for Laziness, Yellow for Anxiety, and so on – to guide you emotionally through Krishna’s teachings.

  3. Are the shlokas in Sanskrit or translated?
    Each card contains the Sanskrit verse, English or Hindi translation, and a short application or meaning, depending on the version.

  4. What material is the Gita Jar made from?
    Our premium jar is made from durable, elegant glass with a wooden or metal lid (variant-specific), designed to be a beautiful devotional keepsake.

  5. Can I gift the Gita Jar to elders or children?
    Absolutely! It’s ideal for all ages – a wonderful gift for grandparents, parents, teens, or anyone seeking daily spiritual growth.

    No, we use multi-layered secure packaging with shockproof protection to ensure safe delivery.

  1. How can I place an order?
    Visit Krishnapath.in, select your product, and checkout using your preferred payment method.

  2. What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, and major Wallets.

  3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    Currently, we do not support COD to maintain streamlined, secure fulfillment.

  4. Is it safe to pay online on your site?
    Yes, our site is SSL-secured and uses Shopify’s trusted payment gateways.

  5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
    You can request a change within 1 hour of ordering. After that, it may already be processed for dispatch.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  1. Do you ship across India?
    Yes, we deliver PAN India via trusted courier partners.

  2. How long does shipping take?
    Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  3. Is express delivery available?
    Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout for select pin codes.

  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet – but international shipping is coming soon!

  5. How can I track my order?
    After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  6. What if my order arrives damaged?
    Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.

  1. Can I return my product if I’m not satisfied?
    We accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged. Please read our Return Policy.

  2. How do I initiate a return or refund?
    Email us at info@krishnapath.in within 7 days of delivery with photos and reason.

  3. Will I get a full refund?
    If eligible, yes – we refund the full product value excluding shipping charges (if any).

  4. How long does it take to process refunds?
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

🎁 Gifting & Customization

  1. Can I send the product as a gift to someone else?
    Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address during checkout. You can also add a gift note.

  2. Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?

  3. Can I customize the message inside the Gita Jar?
    Not yet, but we are working on customizable inserts for special orders.

  2. Do I need an account to order?
    No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account gives you access to order history and updates.

  3. Do you have a physical store?
    We currently operate as an online-only store, shipping from our base in Kerala, India.

  4. Is there a loyalty program or discount for repeat customers?
    Yes! Join our Bhakti Club (coming soon) for rewards, early access to new products, and discounts.
