🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • An unboxing video is provided as proof, starting from the sealed package.

❗ Returns are NOT accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Used or opened devotional items (e.g., Gita Jar cards)

  • Minor variations in color/design due to photography or lighting

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for return, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement of the same item

  • In case the item is out of stock, provide an equivalent product or full refund

💵 Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund confirmation will be shared via email.

  3. If approved, we will arrange pickup or share return instructions

🙏 Special Note for Devotional Products

Products like Krishnapath Gita Jar, spiritual verses, and pooja-related items are considered sacred. Once opened or used, they cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and sanctity reasons.
